Does PMX Systems offer support for its products?

Yes, we offer comprehensive support through our network of Solution Partners. They have the expertise to assist you with any questions or technical issues related to our products. You can also find help in our technical documentation and FAQs.

How and where can I get support for a device purchased from Parametric GmbH? 

Please first contact the reseller from whom you purchased the device. 

For devices purchased directly from Parametric after January 1, 2022, please use the ticket support page and provide the serial number.

Where can I order accessories? 

Accessories can be obtained directly from the Solution Partner from whom the device was purchased.

Where can I get spare parts?

Spare parts can be obtained directly from the Solution Partner from whom the device was purchased.

Where can I find technical documentation?

Where can I download firmware?

Please contact your Solution Partner who has access to firmware archives and can assist you with the update process.

How do I fill out customs form C22 for repair returns (RMA)?

If a Radar Counter needs to be returned to us in Switzerland to be repaired, a CN22 (Customs Declaration) form needs to be completed.

Please fill in at least the following fields:

  • Senders Name
  • Senders Adress
  • Tick Returned Goods
  • Customs description (simplified). Instead of "TCR-SLI-...", better write "Electronic counter".
  • Quantity
  • Weight in kg
  • Value= 10 CHF (Defective device, no value but zero wouldn't be accepted)
  • Tariff number, 8542.3900 is used for TCR oder PCR2
  • Signature

Important! Please contact PMX before sending anything. You will be given an RMA number which needs to be included when you return the item. Kontakt ​

Shipments without a valid RMA number will not be accepted by PMX and will be returned to the sender by the Post Office.
