Ida Mattle, Operations Officer
Ida is responsible for ensuring that PMX Systems' operational processes run smoothly. This includes the receipt of goods, inventory management, component and device assembly, delivery and the handling of returns and repairs. Her commitment is to ensure the efficiency and quality of our production processes in order to guarantee timely and reliable delivery to our customers.
Adriana Haag, Customer Relationship Manager
As Customer Relationship Manager, Adriana is responsible for a wide range of tasks, including training, event organisation, quotation preparation, order processing, accounting and customer service in the back office. She ensures that all administrative processes run smoothly and that partners and customers always receive the best possible support.
Sascha Jäckle, Trouble Shooter (CEO)
Sascha is the leading head of PMX Systems and is responsible for quality assurance, pricing, product development and the creation of the product roadmap. At the same time, he improves processes and provides administrative support. He also manages products and coordinates HR management. Sascha also leads firmware and cloud software testing, technical vision and strategy and is the point of contact for external development partners.
Lara Weiss, Marketing and Content Manager
At PMX, Lara is responsible for developing marketing concepts, writing texts, designing printed materials and slides as well as maintaining our website and social media channels. She also takes care of creating photos and videos, writing blog posts and analyzing and optimizing our channels. Her creativity and expertise help to strengthen our brand presence and reach our customers effectively.
