Our LoRaWAN devices, while technically capable of being switched to the US915 frequency, are not intended for use in North America. They lack the necessary regulatory labels required for sale in the United States and Canada, and therefore cannot be sold in these regions.
Furthermore, operating these devices on the US915 frequency is at your own risk and reliability. PMX Systems will not provide any support for devices operated outside of their intended regions or without the proper regulatory certifications. This includes any technical assistance, warranty claims, or liability related to such use.

PMX Systems AG was founded on 1 January 2024 and offers smart sensors for digitalization solutions. PMX Systems AG has taken over the PCR2 and TCR product lines from Parametric GmbH. PMX Systems will focus on the development of these products.
PMX Systems' business strategy is based on a business-to-business (B2B) approach, in close cooperation with solution partners. These partners integrate our products into solutions.
A Solution Partner is a software partner who integrates our IoT sensors into digitalization solutions. They provide support and are the point of contact for questions, faults or defects.

TCR live traffic counter with LoRaWAN:
The TCR, an innovative live traffic counter with LoRaWAN data connectivity, is universally configurable. Variants such as the bi-directional TCR-D for street lights or the autonomous TCR-S with integrated solar unit offer applications such as bicycle/people counting, smart city solutions and digital parking lot management.
PCR2 Radar people counter:
The PCR2 people counters use radar for a camera-free solution and transmit data to the cloud via LoRaWAN™. With indoor and outdoor variants and a solar-powered option, they offer a wide range of applications. Future developments could include a 3D radar sensor, queue measurement, anonymous monitoring of patients and seniors, AI teaching, as well as Wi-Fi, LTE, NB-IoT integration.

Please first contact the reseller from whom you purchased the device.
For devices purchased directly from Parametric after January 1, 2022, please use the ticket support page and provide the serial number.
Accessories can be obtained directly from the Solution Partner from whom the device was purchased.
Spare parts can be obtained directly from the Solution Partner from whom the device was purchased.

Please contact your Solution Partner who has access to firmware archives and can assist you with the update process.
If a Radar Counter needs to be returned to us in Switzerland to be repaired, a CN22 (Customs Declaration) form needs to be completed.
Please fill in at least the following fields:
- Senders Name
- Senders Adress
- Tick Returned Goods
- Customs description (simplified). Instead of "TCR-SLI-...", better write "Electronic counter".
- Quantity
- Weight in kg
- Value= 10 CHF (Defective device, no value but zero wouldn't be accepted)
- Tariff number, 8542.3900 is used for TCR oder PCR2
- Signature
Important! Please contact PMX before sending anything. You will be given an RMA number which needs to be included when you return the item. Kontakt
Shipments without a valid RMA number will not be accepted by PMX and will be returned to the sender by the Post Office.
