The PMX TCR object counter from PMX Systems functions as a bicycle traffic counter and is data protection compliant as it does not use cameras. This means that no personal data is recorded or stored, which protects privacy. The collection and analysis are based exclusively on radar information, without the possibility of identifying individual persons or vehicles.
Our devices offer reliable performance in all weather conditions, whether in direct sunlight, rain or snowfall. In addition, there is no need for any maintenance as there are no optical elements that need to be cleaned.

Solar operation with backup
A solar charger integrated in the device enables autonomous operation wherever there is sufficient sunlight. In foggy conditions, an integrated battery ensures 3-4 days of continued operation. Various solar panels, brackets and cables are available as accessories.
Real-time data transmission thanks to LoRaWAN® connection
Thanks to its autonomous operation and robust, weatherproof design, the radar object counter provides reliable data on the spatial distribution of cyclists in almost any location - from cycle paths in the city to rural areas and tourist routes. Decisions on the further development of cycling infrastructure can thus be underpinned with real data.
The integrated LoRaWAN® technology enables a permanent online connection. Counts are regularly transmitted to a network server, so there is no need to read out the data on site. The recorded data can be made available online, for example to prevent overcrowding, ensure safety or optimise visitor guidance.
