The TCR radar systems from PMX offer an outstanding solution for detecting and analyzing bicycle and pedestrian traffic. By using advanced radar technology, the devices not only enable accurate counting, but also offer a wide range of applications for effective traffic control.

Device types

The live traffic counters enable versatile configurations for different applications. The models differ only in the power supply and the type of antenna.

TCR-DLE

  • For use in locations with a power supply, e.g. on street lights or lanterns. The powerful external antenna extends the operating radius. An external 12V power supply unit must be able to be accommodated.

TCR-SLI

  • For use in locations without a power supply but with sufficient sunshine (approx. 4 hours a day). This device is powered by a 9W or 17W solar panel and has an internal battery for up to 4 days of continued operation in foggy conditions. Excellent LoRaWAN reception is required.
